Mary Kay - Credit Card Fraud
Leah Jill Browning, Columbus, OH, sent me product I did not order, billed my credit card, but now refuses to give me a refund. In addition, I returned some product that I did not like to her, but she has failed and refused to credit my account.
She claims she did not receive it, but I have proof from the post office that she did. She has told me repeatedly that she has/will refund my money, but it never appears in my account. This has been going on for over 6 weeks now.
BE VERY CAREFUL, when dealing with this lady.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $160.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Mary Kay Cons: Being lied to and misled.

I had the same problem. I called my bank and filed a claim.
I got my money credited back to me immediately- Dont put up with the b.s.
get your money back and don't deal with that consultant again. Just order from the website- its easier
dispute it through your bank.
I'm so sorry this happened to you! I can assure you MY costumer don't deal with that.
