Some years ago, I bought some product from a friend, I gave her 20$ cash to pay for the product and I never received them. I couldn't contact her ever again after that.

I contact the company and they told me they would reimburse me if I had a proof that I paid. I only had the receipt since I paid cash... I was kind of pissed off that I never received an answer after that from them so I went to another representative to ask what was my recourse. She took my receipt and disappeared with it like nothing ever happened.

I learned today to never trust anyone about this kind of thing, to never pay cash and to never give the original of a receipt to anyone!

I am pissed off and will NEVER trust that company EVER AGAIN. From a pissed off Canadian woman.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
