I ordered almost $200.00 worth of products and I am still waiting to get them after 4weeks! That's not acceptable !

No email apologizing nothing! The lady said they sent to me then her and then back to office?? What? She told me it was being sent to her and she will bring it to me???

Not sure what's the deal! I'm

I'm so sorry that happened not a good consultant or needs some training on giving better customer service. I would call Mary Kay corp and they will talk with the consultant or get on Mary Kay .com to contact the company via messenger. This way if you contact the company they will contact director or national in charger on consultant to teach them better customer service.
