They replaced their Timewise Moisturizer with a new product called Timewise Age Minimize 3D SPF 30. The stuff smells awful. It is so thick I can hardly spread it on my face. It's like 40% more in and of course they don't bother to tell you that you will no longer...

I am also done with a Mary Kay. I’m in my 40’s- used Timewise moisturizer since I was 15.

It was THE BEST PRODUCT out there, even though the price had been steadily rising (used to be reasonably priced too) I’d STILL pay double the amount just to have it back. Does anyone know why the company decided to fiddle with something not broken?! I think they single handedly killed their company with this “new improved” crap. I HOPE they bring back the original.

I’m currently still seeking a replacement- it won’t be this new stuff. I was a loyal customer that relied on products they supplied.

I supported the company for years with regular purchases. Not worth my business anymore if they think they can just pull this on everyone who made them what they are.

I am a consultant as well. I have used a Mary Kay product for over 17 years.

Prior to Mary Kay product has suffered with severe acne. My skin is amazing. However like you, the 3-D new product especially the 4-1 moisturizers, Causes my skin to itch. Also the Foundation primer because my face for days After a one time use.

I know that it was the foundation primer because I tried it on three different occasions months apart and the same results happened. Mary Kay should’ve kept the original cleanser and moisturizer because I don’t feel comfortable introducing a product to my clients which may have adverse reactions to their skin.

Which would mean that I would have to refund the money whenever they ask for it. And of course I would.

Mary Kay in Orléans, Ottawa, Ontario - Did not get my products for which I paid for

At the beginning of June, I contacted my regular consultant and ordered 2 products. I then sent her the money ($49.13) which I e-transferred to her new email address (on June 5). I sent her lots of messages on messenger, starting June 15 to ask her when would I be receiving my order. 2 weeks later, I emailed her and tried to call her on the phone number listed on her Mary Kay page, which is out of service. She never answered my messages. I now want my money back.

Mary Kay in Boca Raton, Florida - Bullied into purchasing!

Details
My MK Consultant would not take no for an answer, $450.00 later, as she left, I felt sick to my stomach! I also felt that I was "mugged". I'm not impressed with the Timewise Miracle Set 3D. I got the Satin Hands, and the exfoliant part seems watered down. I also got the Satin body, which I didn't need. Can I return any of this? I'm still in shock from her blunt sales, I don't really have the money for this. This way of "helping woman" is so dishonest, and lacking integrity! Super disappointed!

Mary Kay in Singapore, Singapore - Termination with false charge

The Malaysia office just terminated my membership out of blue and refused to show me the so called 'concrete evidence' when i request for a valid reason of such termination and the "evidence". No pre-contact is made to allow me to speak out and clean my name, everything based on 'internal investigation'. I really doubt what kind of 'professionalism' shown by the company. if the "evidence" from the investigation cannot be shared when request, i doubt whether it is self-imagination and creation "evidence".
