I ordered from my Mary Kay rep October 28, 2015. The usual wait time is two weeks but as of yet Still no products.

I text and messaged her but all I got was an apology a month and a half ago, she said there was a delay from Mary Kay, but now she won't return my calls or messages. That's *** poor business if you ask me. I checked my bank statement, she cashed the check. I've called, text, and sent her instant messages.

No explanations or refund. I posted on her page that we needed to talk about my order and she said she hoped I was enjoying it even knowing she never delivered it.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $110.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

So, shouldn't this complaint be against the individual consultant and not the company? I love the product and I've received great customer service.

I don't agree with bashing the whole company and the products due to an issue with an individual person. Have you tried contacting the company?
